Before we begin, here are a few simple asks and reminders for families.

Required Waiver

Please print and complete one waiver form per child and bring it with you on the first day of camp.

For safety and liability reasons, we cannot accept a child at drop-off without a completed waiver. If you need assistance, we will have copies available to fill out at camp, but completing it ahead of time will help speed up drop-off.

If you have a teen volunteer, we will need a completed form for them as well.

Drop-off and Pick-up

Drop-off will be between 8:45 and 9:00 AM each day.

Pick-up will be between 3:00 and 3:15 PM each day.

Daily Mass

We will have daily Mass at 11:30 AM. Families are encouraged to join us!

Camp Groups and Stations

The children will be split into three groups:

Kindergarten–Grade 2
Grades 3–4
Grades 5–6

Each group will rotate through three stations: Story, Craft, and Music.

Our older children in grades 3–6 will also learn sacred music and the sung parts of the Mass.

There will also be group games, recess, and overall camp campiness to occupy our time.

What to Bring Each Day

Please send the following with your child each day of camp:

• Refillable water bottle
• Sturdy shoes for outdoor play
• 2 snacks
• A bag lunch
• Ice packs, if needed, since fridge space is limited at Holy Trinity
• Sunscreen for recess
• Change of clothes for younger children — we will have crafts, and life happens!
• 2–3 empty toilet paper rolls — just the tubes; you keep the paper!

We also have the opportunity to order the Dragon Slayer book series for $50 per set, compared to about $90 if ordered on your own.

Catholic Summer Camp 2026

For children entering Kindergarten through 6th Grade

Our Parish has been selected to pilot a new Catholic Vacation Bible School based on the popular series, The 7 Deadly Dragons.

Each day, children will learn to face, fight, and defeat the seven deadly dragons (sins) with the weapons of virtue through interactive storytelling, saint role models, crafts, games, sacred music, and Bible-based lessons.

This is more than a traditional VBS. Throughout the week, children will take part in:

• Daily Mass
• Sacred music and singing
• Learning the sung parts of the Mass in Latin
• A daily decade of the Rosary
• Team games and activities
• Hands-on crafts and storytelling
• Virtue-based formation rooted in the lives of the Saints

Children will rotate through age-appropriate stations throughout the day while growing in friendship, courage, reverence, and faith.

Important Registration Note

Camp T-shirt orders must be submitted by June 12 to guarantee your child receives a shirt in their size. Please do not delay registration.
