Who Is the Man of the Shroud?

Prince of Peace Parish will host Who Is the Man of the Shroud?, a traveling exhibit on the Shroud of Turin, at the Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul, June 24–27.

This exhibit invites visitors to explore the Shroud through history, science, Scripture, theology, and spirituality, while reflecting more deeply on the Passion of Christ and the mystery of the image many believe to be connected to Jesus.

In addition to time to view the exhibit, each day will include presentations with time for questions and answers.

Featured Speakers

Fr. Andrew Dalton, LC
Fr. Dalton is a Catholic priest of the Legionaries of Christ and an international speaker on the Shroud of Turin. He is a founding member of Othonia, an international organization dedicated to educating people about the Shroud through exhibits, conferences, lectures, and academic study.

Pam McCue
Pam owns and operates the traveling Who Is the Man of the Shroud? exhibit. A retired electrical engineer, she has brought the exhibit across the country and has shared the history, Scripture, and science of the Shroud with tens of thousands of people.

Nora Creech
Nora is Othonia’s North American Director. She is a lecturer and speaker who helps connect the history and science of the Shroud with the Gospel message and its pastoral meaning for the Church today.

Dave Emmith
Dave is a graduate of the Science and Faith Institute’s Postgraduate Certificate in Shroud Studies program. He is a retired Army warrant officer, retired software engineer, and partial-year resident of Winthrop, Maine, with a particular interest in the science of the Shroud.
