Growing in Faith — Together

This fall, our parish invites every member of the family to encounter Christ, be formed in the faith, and live in community. Rooted in tradition and offered across our three church communities, there’s a place for everyone.

Children & Families

• MMP2 – Making Music Praying Twice (Ages 0–5) - See Full Calendar Online
  A joyful blend of music, rhythm, and prayer for little ones and their caregivers, introducing our youngest parishioners to the beauty of the faith.
• Children’s Liturgy of the Word (CLOW) (Ages 2–7) Soon coming to Holy Family!
  During Mass, children hear and reflect on the Gospel in language they can understand.
• Sacramental Preparation (Grades 1 & 2)
  Preparing children to receive Confirmation & First Holy Communion with confidence and joy. 
• Sunday School – Word of Life Program (Grades 3–6)
  Scripture, prayer, and Catholic teaching presented in engaging, age-appropriate ways.

Youth & Young Adults

• Edge Middle School Ministry (Grades 6–8)
• Called High School Ministry (Grades 9–12)
  Edge and Called meet at the same time— 12 sessions throughout the school year — on the Holy Family Campus.
  • Edge will dive deep into the sacramental life, helping middle schoolers understand and love the gifts of the Church.
  • Called will address the real issues teens face and how to navigate a noisy world with clarity, faith, and courage.
• L/A Young Adults (Ages 18–30)
  Meeting throughout the community for acts of service, fellowship activities like axe throwing or disc golf, and lively debates on the traditions of the Church. Schedule varies — visit the parish website to get connected.

Adult Formation & Fellowship

• Weekly Lectio Divina – 7th Year!
  Now at our new location: Holy Trinity Church, 67 Frost Hill Ave., Lisbon, ME.
  Thursdays from 6:30–7:30 p.m., September 4, 2025 through April 30, 2026.
  Reflect on the upcoming Sunday Gospel in a peaceful, prayerful setting. All are welcome to this meaningful hour of meditation and spiritual growth.
• Men’s Group – Returns Friday, September 20. Prayer, discussion, and fraternity for men of the parish.
• Women’s Group – Returns this fall. Faith-sharing and community for women in every stage of life.
• Marriage Ministry – Encouragement, tools, and fellowship for couples to live their vocation fully.
• Monday Night Adult Catechesis – Return by Word on Fire. Father Daniel offers practical ways to engage and accompany fallen-away children, with concrete steps for uniting spiritually through prayer, fasting, and dialogue.

Community & Service

• ACTS Retreats – Spirit-filled renewal weekends for men and women.
• …and so much more! – From seasonal parish events to service opportunities, there’s always a place to get involved.
