The program features Louis Vierne’s Solemn Mass for Two Organs and Choir, a rare masterpiece that showcases the Basilica’s extraordinary blessing of two functioning pipe organs. Under the direction of Scott Vaillancourt, the Basilica Choir joins forces with the ChoralArt Masterworks Chorus (80–100 voices), presenting one of the great treasures of Catholic musical heritage.
